Hopefully, if you have made your leagues championship this year you have a set roster with consistent players at the majority of positions. With teams starting to wrap up playoff berths and bye weeks it can lead to star players being benched for not getting as many snaps as usual. Here are some options that should help with it. Good luck in your playoffs and bring home the championship.
Case Keenum @GB
Case Keenum is not getting the respect he’s deserved this season although he’s playing fantastic. This matchup against the Packers should be money in the bank for him, Green Bay is averaging giving 18 points a game to the QB position and with the weapons at Keenum’s disposal, he should have a field day.
Joe Flacco vs IND
I’m doubling down on Flacco two weeks straight, the Colts are only giving up one less point a game to QBs then the Browns are which should lead to another nice game with Flacco. The Colts defense should give him a nice floor with upside.
Drew Stanton vs NYG
Let’s face it Drew Stanton isn’t a good quarterback the thing is he’s facing a defense who has been scorched by the pass. The Giants are the worst in the league for giving up points to the QB at almost 20 ppg. This is a huge opportunity for Stanton to take some shots and have a nice outing.
Jesse James vs Hou
The Steelers are without their star pass catcher Antonio Brown who is undersized but still their top red zone threat. The Texans are in the bottom five for defending the tight end position which opens up a fantastic chance for James to get in the end zone as well as catch a good amount of passes this week.
Adam Shaheen vs CLE
The Browns giving up points to tight ends is almost a guarantee every week. They’ve given up touchdowns to almost every tight end they have faced. This is a great opportunity for Shaheen to have a nice game especially since he and Trubisky have really started to gain some report.
Bears vs CLE
I feel like I’m picking on the Browns a little but you don’t have zero wins for no reason. Deshone Kizer has thrown a ton of interceptions this year and the team turns the ball over a lot in general. As this season has gone the Bears have owned the AFC North and now they’re facing the worst team in it and should have a field day,
Lions @ CIN
The Bengals offense has been atrocious as of late outside of AJ Green who will pull Darius Slay in coverage. When looking at how bad the Bengals have been, Andy Dalton has now been benched twice this season for poor play. Pitting an opportunistic defense against an offense that struggles like that should be good for business.
Redskins @ DEN
The Redskins are an inconsistent team but have finished fairly strong as of late. Their defense gets sacks and doesn’t give up a ton of points. Facing a Denver offense that beats up and on its third QB of the season, they should be able to put together a strong performance in deeper leagues.

Buck Allen vs IND
Buck Allen has stepped into the goal line back role for the Ravens and with a big spread and a slightly beat up Alex Collins he could step into an extended role this week. If the game gets out of hand as expected the big back from USC should close the game out and rack up a bunch of carries as well as some action in the passing game.
Roger Lewis @ AZ
Roger Lewis is coming off of his second straight double-digit performance and coming into Arizona who struggled all season against the pass. With the Cards a team’s number one receiver normally is slowed down by the fact they’re guarded by Patrick Peterson and the WR2 steps up. This could lead to a monster game out of Lewis in a game that shouldn’t include much defense.
