Week 13 DraftKings Value Plays

Dom Cintorino

It’s already week 13… where has this season gone? We have an interesting week ahead of us, to say the least. Josh Gordon is back, Jimmy G is starting for San Fran, and Cordarelle Patterson is the top receiving option in Oakland. With tons of value on this slate, it is easy to pay up anywhere you would like. Now let’s take a look at where you can find some of this value on Draftkings

Drew Brees NO ($6,500)
Division game and a bit underpriced. Carolina allowed 300+ and 3 TD’s to McCown just a week ago.
Jameis Winston TB ($5,600)
If he really is 100%, this is a steal. Should throw all over the Packers.
Trevor Siemian DEN ($4,800)
Cheap option in a good spot against Miami. Showed flashes early in the season. Has the weapons to throw to.
Running Back
Melvin Gordon LAC ($7,400)
Highest favorites on the slate. If they get a comfortable lead, which they should, it’ll be the Melvin Gordon show. 20 touches are his floor.
Kenyan Drake MIA ($4,900)
Should rely on Drake much more with Williams out of the picture. He has been the more talented back the whole year. The game script does not matter, if they’re down he will see work in the passing game.
Theo Riddick DET ($3,400)
Depends on Abdullah’s status. Could have a monster game if starting. Ravens are scary, but Riddick has a lot of upside in a full point PPR.
D.J. Foster ARI ($3,000)
Who??? If AP does not suit up (missed practice Friday), Foster will be the guy. A threat in the passing game as well.
Wide Receiver
Mike Evans TB ($7,100)
Who’s really going to stop him? If you go with Winston, plug Evans in next.
Demaryius Thomas DEN ($5,300)
Too many targets to be priced in this range. Has only seen less than eight targets two times this season.
Josh Gordon CLE ($4,100)
I mean why not. If what Hue Jackson says is true, he should see lots of targets. Won’t hurt even if he busts at this price point.
Cordarrelle Patterson OAK ($3,400)
Flash! With Crabtree already suspended and Cooper not practicing yet this week, he is a must play. Oakland can get creative with him as well.
Tight End
Evan Engram NYG ($5,700)
Has burned us all before, maybe Geno leans on him? Targets are there just needs to catch the ball.
Ricky Seals-Jones ARI ($3,200)
Almost too cheap not to play. Don’t expect him to score every week but Gabbert loves him.
Tennessee Titans ($3,400)
Nine sacks last week…now they get Houston.
Oakland Raiders ($3,100)
If Geno goes the whole game without a turnover in his first start this year, I’ll be shocked. Either way, I’ll take my chances with the Raiders
