Jameis Winston – QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
2015 Passing Stats
*Projected 2016 Passing Stats
Jameis Winston like most rookies had good and bad performances last season. However, following a very poor Week 1 performance, his game level began to evolve. Winston finished the season with an overall grade that ranked 13th among quarterbacks and earned him PFF’s Rookie of the Year award. As the season went on he kept improving, ranking 8th over the final seven weeks of the season. When Winston was not pressured, he had the eighth-highest passing grade in the league. This is a margin spot where he can still improve. I see a very strong, dynamic duo with Mike Evans for 2016 and for years to come where the chemistry is only getting better. I came away with having Winston as my 6th dynasty QB you must add. The young, hungry Bucs that Jameis has around him, along with Evans, Doug Martin (who finished 2nd rushing yards 1402) Charles Sims, Austin Seferian-Jenkins, and Kenny Bell among others who are a team-base of young incredible talented players for years to come. Winston was in “learning mode” last season, I can only see him developing to become a better quarterback in the future.
